Printing is good, but processing times are so inconsistent

I like the box and the prices are competitive, however the processing time is never consistent. Some orders are made and shipped within one day, sometimes three days, and sometimes it takes over a week in processing. I have no idea what to expect when I place an order which is frustrating, especially when I need them quickly and my order takes twice as long as it did the month before.

Color never the same

I have been ordering these boxes for over a year now and lately every shipment I order comes in a different color. It is a solid color blue box from the same color swatch each time, but my last 3 order have been completely different shades of blue. I even reached out to customer service on my last order that was wrong and they sent me a new order, which was sent again the wrong color. They keep getting lighter, like the quality of printing is getting worse. I am extremely disappointed. I have customers that order these boxes and expect a certain color. It very frustrating to not get what I ordered. Beware when ordering. If you order more than once it may come in a different color shade than the first time.
