They don't follow directions

Before ordering this decal I was assured that the background of my logo would be clear, yet it arrived with a white background which does not work with my logo at all. If anything I would have used a black background if they can't make the background clear. The decal itself is easy to apply and you can see through the decal from inside but make sure they understand what the word clear background means.

Sadly couldn't see the design on the vinyl :-(

I ordered this kind of material because I liked that customers could see out, but that you wouldn't be able to see in through it. Unfortunately since our logo was in white you couldn't see it at all from any side. Will be going back to our usual decal that we've ordered from Vistaprint in the past.
