Zippers failed within the first few months of wear

I had a previous Vistaprint backpack with a custom logo that I got back in 2016. It was a daily use backpack for work, and used for travel. It was doing great until I got a new puppy. She tore up one of the shoulder straps, and when it came time to buy a new one, I saw prices that were 4x and 5x the price of this one. The same model wasn't available so I got this one that had similar features. It's fantastic quality , and fits everything nicely. If I had one complaint, it's a bit heavy, but not as heavy as many others that are this rugged. Arrived earlier than estimated as well.
