Have used Vista Print and had embroidery and print of the same logo on other clothing and on paper. Color has always been true to our organization pantone choices. For some reason the color is off with this logo resulting in a more purple rather than blue choice. Other items done in same order and the proof looked no different across the items. The other items were fine. Really disappointed in this piece and there appears to be no way to correct this. Super unfortunate as the logo is now not ours and the item can't be used. The backpack itself was expensive and is great quality and very nice. The embroidery work is well done but the core blue color is purple and just overall very disappointing. The proof process didn't allow for this to be caught so will not use Vista for future clothing to avoid this type of expensive mistake..
