The image does not look like the preview

I have been using VistaPrint for years. I have always liked the quality and I LOVE that everything ALWAYS arrives sooner than expected. However, the printed image on my bag is incredibly pixilated. It looks like it's from "Minecraft". It looks nothing like the approved preview and that is disappointing. I used one of their stock images...not my own, so I expected there to be no issues. I don't know what went wrong, but I believe I deserve a reprint of my order.

We're happy to make things right by placing a free reorder for another set of bags. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have to team review the matter. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and giving us the chance to help.
