My first batch of these bags came with the QR code not able to be read. Vistaprint sent a batch of replacement bags and they also were too blurry to be read by a cellphone. So now I have 400 bags and none of them have a readable QR code.

We regret that the QR code came out blurry on the replacement bags as well, and sincerely apologize for the disappointment. Since customer satisfaction is important to us, we have reviewed the account and taken the necessary steps to address the issue. The details of the resolution will be sent to you in an email. For future reference, we suggest that the image is at 300 dpi for best results.
