I wasn't thrilled with the material of the bag; it's very thin and looks as if it could easily tear. However, for what we were planning to use it for, it would be okay. the bad news is that the logo was imprinted with black lettering on a white background instead of on a red background as was in the proof I ordered from. The good news is that Vista Print stood behind its work. They were unable to guarantee that they could reprint the order and have it to me in time for our event, so they refunded my full purchase. They allowed me to keep the bags, and use them or dispose of them at my discretion.

I would give it a 5 if I knew it was more of a reusable grocery bag. I thought it would be a little more sturdy. It is seems durable but haven't put it to use yet. The graphics put on it came out amazing though.
