I am not sure what is happening but I have been a long term customer and i have given over a dozen referrals and most of them have used the Vistaprint company. My problem, I order a banner and paid for it to be expedited by Friday, April 5th because our organization was having a social gathering for the community on the 6th. It was confirmed that it would be here. The 5th come and goes, the 6th by noon, I have nothing. I called and was told sorry, it will be there by 7pm today. No, our event starts at 5pm. I am not happy. It is now 10:45 pm on the 6th and still no banner, we had no banner with the info for our summer spring activity tonight . Really nothing. I started printing up details on regular copy paper. I had to make like 12 of them and it was not professional looking and I was embarrassed. I didnt receive a call, I had to call and inquire. I wasn't offered a refund, just an oops, we are sorry and it is being shipped out today. Today!!! I am not okay with this.

This banner made such a great addition to our welcome format. It was well made, but I would have liked one more grommet in the middle at the top so it would have been a little easier to hang.
