I just received my order and am very disappointed. When I copied my address from an old envelope it was slightly slanted due to its placement on the copier. I figured Vista would merely take the name and address and print the envelopes with these being level. But look at my envelopes, the printing remained slanted upward and to the right. Can I send these back and get them done level?

We always order these, this time several came without any adhesive and several others came without our logo.
